There are 70,000 square meters of covered storage facilities in the Hafen Wien ideally located between the A23 Südosttangente city motorway and the A4 Ostautobahn motorway.

The Hafen Wien is just twelve minutes by car from the centre of Vienna. The central marshalling yard at Kledering and Vienna International Airport in Schwechat are close by.

A covered crane installation enables cargo to be transferred from vessels to the warehouse in all weathers. All storage areas have covered rail connections and are ideally equipped to handle heavy and bulky goods.

The brand article distribution centre is used by renowned companies. Goods with rapid turnover are processed in ground-level depots. Goods with a slower turnover and those with special security requirements are dealt with through the central warehouse. The main forwarding agents have offices in the port of Vienna, offering the ideal cooperation platform for distribution logistics. In addition the port of Vienna has 200,000 square meters of open-air storage areas.
