Project development
The project development department founded in May 2009 deals with development, conversion and new building projects in and around the port of Vienna. One of its current projects is the Marina Wien.
There are plans to improve the recreational facilities in the marina: the restaurant is to be modernised and with access from the U2 underground line in November 2010 new utilisations for the area surrounding the marina are also being considered.
The port of Vienna itself is also regularly maintained. The long-standing office buildings offer plenty of scope for project development that will bring fresh stimulus and colour to the area.
